Come out and join others to support this awesome fundraising event!
Triathalon details as follows: 1-mile swim, 41-mile bike, 10-mile run.
Participant options include full tri, swim, bike, run only, or select multiple segments.
If you can’t make it in person, we would still love to have you join TEAMG virtually. Choose any challenge of your choice and beginning October 1st CAF will provide you with ways to get engaged and feel a part of the magic that will unfold at Mission Bay on October 24th.
Already participating in a race on October 24th? That’s okay, you can dedicate your race to CAF and TEAMG and earn all the same exciting perks based on your fundraising. No matter near or far, we are all in this together to celebrate the lives of our TEAMG loved ones and give back to CAF and the SNVBC to make a difference in their memory.
There are individual and relay team options along with a 5k walk or a Yoga challenge.
Please join us in honoring TEAMG, empowering individuals with physical disabilities around the world through sports, and advocating for safer roads to ensure bicycle safety. Donna Trauger has put together TEAMG and has invited all to join her team for the event!
The mission of the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) is intricately tied to the challenges of our time – a global health pandemic, a devastating financial crisis, and ongoing social injustices. These challenges create even greater barriers for individuals with physical disabilities. To change this reality, it will take all of us.
The mission of the Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition (SNVBC) to advocate for safer roadways, better trails, and more bicycling opportunities in Southern Nevada. The pillars of our organization are education, accountability, community, and inclusion. SNVBC’s immediate priorities are creating legislative change that results in stronger penalties for law-breaking motorists who kill or injure cyclists and shifting the mindset and behavior of motorists and vulnerable road users so Southern Nevada can achieve a rate of zero collisions.
Your donation to Donna’s fundraising goals will help provide challenged athletes in financial need with adaptive sports equipment, coaching, and training expenses. These donations will also provide the funding needed to promote education, awareness and affect the much-needed legislative change in Southern Nevada.
TEAMG and CAF will provide everyone with custom t-shirts, our very own hospitality tent, and a tribute to TEAMG at the event. CAF is also partnering with the Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition (SNVBC) and will allocate 10% of the fundraising proceeds from TEAMG to the SNVBC so that we can continue to do the important work needed to advocate for safer roads and legislative change in Nevada.
